We are partnering with a heritage homewares brand known for its sophistication, craftsmanship, and timeless design, a name that resonates with those who appreciate quality at the highest level.
Now, they’re looking for a Head of Sales to take ownership of the UK & Ireland market and drive the next phase of growth.
The opportunity
You’ll be at the centre of it all, setting direction, leading a talented team, and shaping how the brand shows up across key markets.
* Define and deliver a high-impact sales strategy across UK & Ireland
* Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Account Managers and Business Development professionals
* Drive revenue through a mix of strategic partnerships and new business wins
* Build deep relationships with high-value clients and industry influencers
* Play a hands-on role in major pitches, projects, and key accounts
* Use insight, data, and CRM tools to optimise performance and forecasting
What you bring
You’re commercially sharp, naturally influential, and know how to get results without losing sight of the bigger picture.
* 7+ years in sales leadership, ideally within interiors, design, or luxury sectors
* A proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
* Strong commercial acumen and confident negotiation skills
* Experience working in project-led or relationship-driven sales environments
* A collaborative leadership style with energy, pace, and ambition
* A genuine appreciation for design, quality, and brand storytelling
