The Day to Day
You will perform all aspects of the MOT test to government standards, ensuring customer safety on the road. You will support customers throughout the process, updating them on progress, required work, and reasons for any failures. Building lifelong customer relationships is key, alongside the technical responsibilities of your role.
Who We're Looking For
You need a valid MOT license and a driving license. You should be able to reassure customers and build rapport so they choose us for their MOT needs annually. Additionally, you should be willing to assist colleagues with other tasks around the Centre when available.
