This role blends design flair with some coding expertise to produce visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. You'll have an eye for detail, a passion for user experience, and the ability to translate business goals into practical web solutions. In this role, you'll: Design and develop websites that deliver a seamless experience across devices. Create wireframes and user flows to communicate ideas. Work with the latest tools and technologies to bring engaging digital concepts to life. Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and optimise performance. Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. What we're looking for: Previous experience as a Web Designer & Developer (or similar role), supported by a strong portfolio of work. Proficiency in front-end languages is advantageous (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe and Framer. Up-to-date knowledge of current web trends and technologies. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy. Experience designing email campaigns and templates is benefical.
