Role Description
* Manage the residential conveyancing journey—from onboarding through file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor: share your expertise with junior support staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.
* Client-first communication: translate legal jargon into everyday language. We pride ourselves on five-star Google reviews. You can also contribute to online platforms. Some commercial work may be involved, but training is provided for those new to it.
* What You’ll Bring:
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
* At least 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience. Familiarity with case-management systems and digital ID checks.
* Confident with Land Registry portal, SDLT/LBTT forms, and process improvements. Calm, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. Business-development skills and a friendly approach to referrers.
Salary: £45,052.00-£47,769.00 per year
