About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join the dynamic real estate management team. You will take responsibility for a key retail client contract, overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail assets. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with a high-profile client, lead proactive asset management initiatives, and contribute to the long-term success of their retail strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of retail properties in line with client objectives.
2. Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximise income and value.
3. Liaise with tenants, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
4. Monitor lease events, rent reviews, and service charge budgets.
