Material Management: Oversee the procurement, transportation, and distribution of event materials, including signage, equipment, and promotional items. Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control measures to prevent discrepancies. Transportation and Distribution: Coordinate the timely and secure transportation of event materials to and from the venue. Liaise with external transport providers, ensuring reliable and cost-effective solutions. Implement effective distribution strategies to meet the diverse needs of different events. Set-Up and Dismantling Coordination: Supervise the set-up and dismantling processes, ensuring adherence to event timelines. Collaborate with on-site teams and contractors to facilitate smooth transitions between event phases. Address and resolve any logistical issues that may arise during set-up and dismantling. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open and effective communication channels with internal teams, exhibitors, and external stakeholders. Collaborate with event planners to understand unique requirements and provide logistical support accordingly. Act as a point of contact for logistical inquiries and emergencies during events.
