Manage subordinate discipline, support subordinate development and deliver career advice/management. Deliver in barracks/business process, ensuring maintenance of standards and efficiency. Plan, conduct and manage training for subordinates. Deputies for the Troop Sergeant / Troop Commander on operations, exercise and in barracks.
