We’re partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to hire a Total Rewards Partner who will take ownership of how reward is designed, delivered, and experienced across an international footprint.
This is a strategic, high-impact role, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, sitting at the intersection of business partnering, people strategy, and rewards expertise.
What you’ll be doing:
* Defining and embedding a clear, scalable rewards philosophy across multiple markets
* Partnering with senior leaders, Finance, and HRBPs on complex and high-impact pay decisions
* Owning job architecture, levelling, and salary benchmarking using modern platforms and AI-driven insights
* Leading pay transparency and equity initiatives ahead of EU regulations
* Shaping and optimising reward cycles through tech-enabled, efficient workflows
* Overseeing benefits across key European markets, balancing employee impact and commercial outcomes
* Building capability across the organisation — equipping managers and HR teams to have confident, clear pay conversations
* Leveraging AI and data to drive smarter, faster, and more informed reward decisions
What we’re looking for:
* 6–10 years’ experience across HR, with strong exposure to rewards, HRBP, or consulting
* A consulting mindset — able to structure problems, influence stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity
* Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, benchmarking, and pay equity
* Experience using data, analytics, and AI tools to improve decision-making (not just reporting)
* Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders
* Strong communication skills — able to make complex topics clear and actionable
* Knowledge of European markets and pay transparency regulations is a plus
This is an opportunity to shape and scale a modern Total Rewards function in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment — not just run processes, but define how reward works.
This is a remote first role - ideally candidates will be based in the UK or Ireland, but other European locations may be considered.
