Join Our Team as a Support Worker - Supported Living
Location:
Leatherhead, Surrey
Salary:
£12.60 per hour (£24,570 per annum) plus benefits. Additional £50 per sleep-in shift.
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, shifts vary between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis).
Contract:
Full-time, Permanent.
Driving Requirement:
A valid full UK manual driving license is essential.

What will you be doing?
As a Support Worker, you'll be a key part of someone's journey towards living their best life. Your responsibilities include:
* Daily Care & Support: Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and daily tasks.
* Building Relationships: Getting to know the individuals you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live independently.
* Empowering Independence: Supporting personal goals and encouraging exploration.
* Social Engagement: Supporting activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies.
* Respect & Dignity: Treating individuals and their families with respect, dignity, and equality.
Who you will be Supporting?
At Leatherhead Support Service, we support adults with complex health needs and disabilities, including autism, sight loss, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, anxiety, and other physical disabilities. Our active group enjoys community outings, music lessons, arts and crafts, sports, and walks.
