Youll be working directly at the leadership level to translate business goals into a clear, dominant market presence Potter Space is a commercial property company that owns, operates and develops five business parks across the UK, each connected by road or rail to major business arteries and offering links to our key cities and ports. With a clear growth plan in place, this is a rare opportunity for a creative, commercially minded Head of Marketing to build on a strong, trusted brand and take it confidently into its next phase. This is a senior leadership role blending long-term brand strategy with confident, hands-on creative execution. Youll work closely with the Managing Director and senior team to evolve how the Potter Space brand looks, sounds and shows up protecting its credibility while introducing bolder campaigns, standout events and richer content across digital, social and live platforms. Youll lead: Brand strategy, narrative and consistency High-impact campaigns, launches and events Content, digital and social channels Proposition development and leasing support Agencies, budgets and marketing performance This is a role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action and strategy into visible impact. Youll be a senior B2B marketer with: Strong brand and campaign experience A track record of delivering creative, commercial marketing Confidence working with senior stakeholders Excellent storytelling and content skills Property experience is welcome but not essential, fresh perspectives encouraged.
