Join our Rail team as an MPV Driver and you can build something to be proud of. This role is based out of our Eastleigh depot in Hampshire.
This is a key role within the business unit (Multi-Purpose Vehicle & Module Operation) delivering key shifts for the customer by the safe driving and control of a Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV).
Be responsible for the safe driving and control of a Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV);
Deliver the relevant equipment to the Network Rail infrastructure in order to ensure full operational delivery;
Have a flexible approach to work, being prepared to work around a roster that includes night, weekends, bank holidays and ability to respond to short notice changes of plan.
A qualified train driver with a good safety record;
Have a good awareness of railway health and safety requirements, particularly as they relate to train operations;
An understanding of core asset modules;
Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing;
Hold a current UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
