Cavendish has been exclusively retained by a leading security service provider to identify a high-performing Corporate Security Sales professional to drive business growth across the city and wider London area.
This is a pivotal role with a fast-growing, security provider. The successful candidate will play a key part in the companys continued expansion by securing new and profitable contracts. Responsibilities include proactive business development, nurturing relationships with existing clients, leading competitive tenders, and capitalising on reactive opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business guarding opportunities and drive the acquisition of corporate
clients.
Analyse market trends and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Essential Skills/Experience
Proven experience in a security guarding sales role.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Excellent knowledge of the security guarding industry
Account Management/New Business Sales to Large Corporate Accounts in the
security guarding sector
