As Senior Manager, Health, Safety & Risk, you’ll play a strategic role within their Global Security & Risk function — shaping initiatives that protect our people, strengthen operational resilience, and enhance business continuity across EMEA. You’ll partner with senior internal and external stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning safety and risk strategies with business goals.
What You’ll Do
* Provide strategic leadership for Health, Safety & Risk across EMEA, supporting both company-operated and licensed markets.
* Partner with senior leaders to align operations with global standards and local regulations.
* Lead complex projects and initiatives that deliver measurable results and foster cross-functional collaboration.
* Oversee insurance renewal processes and transparent risk reporting.
* Maintain policies and standards that reflect best practice and evolving business needs.
* Represent the organisation at industry and regional forums, promoting leadership in health, safety, and risk.
* Mentor and empower high-performing teams that thrive on innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Experience and Qualifications
* Advanced Health & Safety qualifications (NEBOSH, NVQ Level 3+, IOSH Managing Safety).
* Proven leadership experience across health, safety, and risk in multi-market or complex environments.
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving ability.
* Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills — collaborative and people-first.
