Production Operative Indoor & Outdoor Role (Full-Time, Permanent) Location: Long Buckby Pay: £12.50/hour £0.50/hour performance bonus Shifts: WedSat OR SunWed, 6:00 AM6:00 PM Extra hours available if desired Training: MonFri, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (68 weeks, based on experience) Looking for something different? What Youll Do: Operate and monitor machinery for a small-scale processing plant Run hourly quality checks on finished products Adjust machinery via PLC panels or on-machine settings Assist with minor maintenance and changeovers Manage simple production paperwork accurately Coordinate with other departments (quality, yard, logistics) Load/unload raw and finished materials using telehandlers (training provided) Maintain plant cleanliness and hygiene Support in outdoor yard and production tasks as needed Requirements: Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet and using stairways Good communicator and reliable team player Willing to learn new machinery and processes Positive attitude and stable employment history Telehandler experience is a bonus, but full training is provided Whats in It for You: Permanent, full-time role with clear structure and training Bonus pay for performance Friendly, respectful, no-nonsense environment Outdoor and indoor working varietyno production line monotony Development opportunities and support from experienced team members
