In this role, the successful Welder will carry out MIG welding on various gauges of mild steel, interpret engineering drawings, and ensure all parts are produced right first time while maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards.
The ideal candidate will be apprenticeship-trained or time-served in welding and fabrication, confident working from drawings, and motivated to work within a small team to meet quality and regulatory standards.
The Role:
* MIG welding mild steel (1.5mm - 15mm) in various weld positions.
* Working from engineering drawings to produce components right first time.
* Maintaining high quality, safety, and housekeeping standards within a team environment.
The Person:
* Apprenticeship-trained or time-served Welder/Fabricator.
* Competent in MIG welding with the ability to read technical drawings.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible in supporting business needs.
