We’re working with a Gateshead SEMH school that uses creative expression as a powerful tool for engagement and emotional regulation.
Some pupils struggle to communicate with words. That’s where you come in.
Your role:
* Supporting students through creative, practical learning
* Encouraging self-expression through art and design
* Helping reduce anxiety through structured creative activities
* Working 1:1 with pupils who disengage in traditional lessons
* Supporting behaviour positively and calmly
Your creativity won’t be an “extra”. It will be a tool.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
