Full-Time Physiotherapist
If you are ambitious, warm, and a dedicated Physiotherapist with at least 3 years post-qualifying MSK experience, we want you to join our private practice in Hamilton. This is a role designed for someone who wants to actually treat patients, not just manage a waitlist.
We specialise in helping the over-40s reclaim their independence, and get back to the things they love, whether that’s swinging a golf club, enjoying retirement holidays, or playing with their grandchildren.
The Essentials
Salary: Starting from £35,000 per annum (negotiable on experience).
Hours: 37 hours per week (33 clinical / 4 dedicated admin & CPD).
Structure: 60-minute assessment and treatment slots.
Tech: Fully fitted rehab gym, VALD testing equipment, AI-powered note-taking (significant admin time saving).
Practice Physiotherapy as it Should Be
We deliberately structure our schedules to ensure you have the time required to profoundly impact your patients' well-being.
No Rushing: Every patient receives a full hour. You have the time to identify the root causes of dysfunction and explain them in plain English.
Zero-Admin Focus: We use AI-powered documentation that generates your clinical notes in real-time. This means your admin is finished the moment your patient leaves the room, no more catching up on paperwork at the end of a long day.
End-to-End Care: You aren't limited by "handfuls" of sessions. You will oversee complete rehabilitation plans for as long as the patient needs you to reach their goals.

Refined Communication Skills: Exploring a patient's true goals often requires them to share personal vulnerabilities. You must possess the interpersonal skills necessary to foster genuine trust, create a secure environment, and navigate sensitive conversations with warmth and professionalism.
