A well-regarded secondary school in Bournemouth is seeking a motivated and reliable part-time Key Stage 3 & 4 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to support pupils aged 11 to 16 with their academic progress and social development within an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
* Supporting pupils during lessons with classroom activities and learning tasks
* Assisting teaching staff with differentiated learning plans
* Helping to manage behaviour and encourage positive engagement
* Supporting small groups or one-to-one interventions tailored to individual needs
* Encouraging pupils' social, emotional, and educational development
* Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (desirable)
* Patient, adaptable and committed to supporting pupil success
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* DBS registered on the Update Service or willing to apply
