What You’ll Do
* Provide our customers with industry‑leading installation, commissioning, and servicing
* Install, commission, and service video surveillance, access control, intruder detection, life safety, audio visual and PAVA systems
* Use site plans and survey documentation to plan and deliver accurate system installations.
* Deliver retrofit upgrades and remedial works to existing systems
* Ensure work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
* Deliver on‑site technical support and advice to customers
* Keep documentation accurate and in line with industry, regulatory and company standards
* Work safely and proactively
What You’ll Bring
* Technical expertise and knowledge across safety and security systems
* Experience in security system networking
* Commercial awareness and understanding of system design, pricing, and upgrades
* Familiarity and accreditations with manufacturers, including Bosch, Dahau, Hikvision, Gent, Advanced, Gallagher, PAC, Win‑Pak, Veracity, Milestone
* Experience of working in a BAFE/ SSAIB/ NSI accredited company.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Experience of working within the public sector would be advantageous
* Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to quality and best practice
* Strong communication skills
Certifications/Qualifications
* Valid CSCS/ECS Card
* Enhanced DBS clearance
* IPAF/PASMA/Asbestos Awareness certification
* Recent or current electrical qualification advantageous
* Full UK driving licence
