With 24/7 accountability for your area, you will play a key role in delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable performance improvements. Lead and manage Production Area Managers across multiple shift patterns, setting clear and achievable performance goals Take full ownership of all people processes including performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives Drive training and development across the department, including skills matrices, SOP implementation, and closing capability gaps Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and organisational development to build a strong talent pipeline Foster a positive, high-performance culture through effective communication, engagement tools, and continuous improvement initiatives The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
