What You Will Be Doing

Global Finance Director Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize an AI-driven financial infrastructure that propels multiple education ventures to unprecedented scale, eliminating inefficiencies while maximizing impact and automation.
Basic Requirements
* Advanced financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
* Proven decade-long journey through progressive finance leadership positions
* Track record of C-suite level financial stewardship with comprehensive functional oversight
* Expert-level mastery of US GAAP and financial reporting frameworks
* Extensive experience optimizing and managing enterprise-level ERP systems in complex organizational structures
* Substantial Big 4 audit experience (minimum 5 engagements) from either side of the table
* Superior communication capabilities in English, ready for executive-level engagement
* Based in UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
Nice-to-have Requirements
* Inside knowledge of U.S. K-12 education ecosystem (private, charter, ESA landscapes)
* Proven track record in pioneering AI-enhanced financial automation systems
* Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-jurisdictional financial operations

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
