Role Purpose
An excellent development opportunity has arisen within Duns & Kelso Social Work for the position of Admin Assistant Team Leader, permanent. The post is to provide line management support to the Business Support Teams across three sites, encompassing both Children’s and Adult services and will ensure the operational teams have efficient and effective business support in place. As a line manager you would oversee the daily operations of the team, including prioritisation, delegation of workload, allocation of resources (e.g., minute takers for meetings) and help to lead staff through changes as we introduce digital transformation, working collaboratively with other Business Support teams and Customer Services to ensure daily activities are delivered.
You would be responsible for the line management of approximately 5 staff.
Essential
HNC/D in a related discipline, or other relevant qualification. Or equivalent relevant experience, knowledge and skills necessary to undertake the role.

* Grade: 6A
* Hourly Rate: £15.99 – £17.30
* Salary: £23,358.66 – £25,271.26 per annum
* Contract Duration: Permanent
