They are seeking a Sales Support & Administration Specialist to work within the internal sales department.
You will be –
* Creation and tracking of opportunities, quotations, orders.
* Confirming Orders with Customers
* Administrational duties
* Customer feedback, resolution of problems.
* Handling of any customer complaints
What we are looking for -
* A sales or sales support background in a engineering/manufacturing/parts type company would be a massive advantage.
* Good commercial knowledge
* Good communication skills
* Good self-management and -motivation
* Telephone skills
* Customer-orientation
* Ability to work under pressure
* Problem solving skills
* Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook)
* Desirable - Good SAP / SD skills & Basic CRM Skills Input
Salary range between 27k to 30k
Location is Northwich, Cheshire
