Job Description Categorise each piece of equipment in terms of risk of breakdown Review TPM process and ensure fit for purpose Establish mitigation plan (outsource, maintenance contract, revised TPM, training, documentation, replacement equipment or overhaul) & implement Put together capex plan/strategy for the next 5 years Draft business cases for priority equipment replacement/outsourcing as appropriate including work package to implement Draft purchase/equipment specification as required Relocation Support Attracting high-level talent and people that can add value and expertise, is vital to our success.
