The Role
We're seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Partnerships Manager to develop and lead the Corporate Partnerships strategy for Vision Express and David Clulow, part of EssilorLuxottica.
In this role, you will identify and onboard new partners to drive our business growth, particularly focusing on incremental revenue, new customer mix, eye exam volumes, and average sales price. You will also evaluate existing partnerships for their long‑term potential and develop and implement partnership marketing activities to drive further growth.
You will create and implement partnership strategy and plans, including marketing activities to attract new customers and oversee corporate schemes, clients, and marketing activities to achieve commercial metrics and maximize visibility. You will manage senior partnership executives working alongside you.
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with corporate partners to achieve beneficial terms and meet key KPIs will be essential. You will negotiate terms with new partners to maximize ROI and collaborate with our brand and creative teams to develop and implement partnership marketing activities.
Other responsibilities include reporting, database and contract management, competitive benchmarking, and budget management. You will liaise with store colleagues and regional managers to gather feedback and optimize marketing activities.
Qualifications
* Experience in partnership marketing for a brand or consumer service within a fast‑paced commercial setting (e.g., FMCG or retail).
* Strong experience in building out a partnerships programme (David Clulow).
* Experience managing budgets and negotiating costs.
* Excellent influencing, interpersonal and project management skills.
* Confidence building and nurturing relationships and a capable people manager.
* Commercially minded and financially astute.
* Results‑driven and motivated by a fast‑paced environment.
* High energy and passionate about delivering business growth.
* Ability to communicate with confidence and an accomplished presenter.
