We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious top 100 law firm in Sussex, seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Solicitor with 2-5 years of PQE. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and undertake a variety of commercial dispute resolution work, including:

* Banking and finance litigation
\n\t
* Commercial and contractual disputes
\n\t
* Negligence claims, including professional negligence
\n\t
* Shareholder disputes
\n\t
* Defamation cases
\n\t
* Judicial review
\n\t
* Contentious insolvency

\n\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n\n
\n\t
1. Managing a diverse caseload of commercial disputes from inception to resolution
\n\t
2. Providing high-quality legal advice to clients on a range of litigation matters
\n\t
3. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
\n\t
4. Representing clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings
\n\t
5. Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations
\n\t
6. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
