Internal Opportunity: Upsell Sales Consultant 🚀
We are excited to open an opportunity for an Upsell Sales Consultant to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, understands the value of our platform, and is motivated by driving growth through meaningful conversations.
As an Upsell Sales Consultant, you will focus on engaging with our existing customer base to help them get even more value from their Epos Now solution. By identifying opportunities to introduce new products, apps, hardware and Epos Now Payments, you will play an important role in increasing customer value while improving the overall customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident speaking with customers, enjoys working towards targets and wants to develop further within a commercial role.
What you will be doing
* Reach out to our existing customer base through outreach campaigns to promote Epos Now Payments, apps and new hardware
* Speak with customers via inbound calls, dial lists, reports and live chat
* Champion new product launches and educate customers on the benefits of new features and solutions
* Respond to inbound leads submitted through the back office, app store and hardware store
* Support customers who are upgrading their solution to the latest hardware or Epos Now Payments
* Work closely with the KYC and Saves teams to resolve any issues raised by customers
* Liaise with the KYC team to ensure customer purchases are completed smoothly and book integration calls with the Integrations team
* Maintain accurate records of opportunities and activity within the CRM system
* Manage a pipeline of upsell opportunities and follow through to completion
* Meet or exceed upsell revenue targets and performance measures
* Help customers understand how additional products and services can enhance their current solution
* Support customer retention by recommending solutions that genuinely benefit their business
What we are looking for
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
* Good understanding of the Epos Now platform and product offering
* A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
* Ability to manage activity and opportunities through CRM systems
* Comfortable working towards performance measures and targets
* A customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust
