ROLE: Associate Account Director

Responsibilities:
1. Translate clients' business goals into clear strategies considering our holistic model and KPIs to measure success.
2. Oversee external KPI targets and ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance.
3. Manage KPI targets of your Strategic Account Managers, ensuring they meet targets monthly.
4. Collect and analyze metrics to provide insights to clients and internal teams, ensuring strategies and tactics are effective.
5. Communicate with clients regarding team recommendations and requests, aligning with their digital strategies.
6. Create digital roadmaps to gain buy-in from client contacts.
7. Deliver Business Reviews exploring cross-channel collaboration opportunities.
8. Build relationships with senior stakeholders through in-person meetings.
9. Support client strategy development for your team’s clients.
10. Demonstrate passion for digital advertising and a drive for continuous learning.
11. Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary campaigns and ad-hoc work.
12. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
13. Excellent organizational skills to plan and deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
14. Results-driven and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
15. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and operate independently when needed.
16. Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive in overcoming challenges.
17. Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
18. Google Analytics & Google Ads certified.
19. Experience with tools like Screaming Frog, SEMRush, AWR, and Google Search Console.
20. Agency experience and familiarity with agency operations.
21. Passion for working in digital marketing is essential.

Location & Benefits:
Based in Folkestone, Kent, with hybrid working (minimum 3 days in-office). Permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, salary up to £43,000 plus benefits. We are a Real Living Wage employer committed to wellbeing and fairness.
