We are looking for caring, motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team within Cowal Community Hospital inpatient ward. As an HCSW you will be expected to assist and support patients with activities of daily living delegated by the registered nurse. With the support of the registered nurse you will be expected to carry out some clinical tasks. Some experience is essential, though further training and development is available. We are a small friendly team who strives to deliver high quality person‑centred care to our patients. We care for patients who require acute admission to hospital, rehabilitation and palliative care. * Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part‑time hours will be adjusted on a pro‑rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
