About the role
As Lead Graphic Designer, you’ll be the visual engine behind Ultralytics’ storytelling — turning complex vision AI into design that feels human, inspiring, and bold. You’ll own the creation of high-impact marketing and event assets across digital and print, helping our products and community stand out everywhere they appear. You’ll lead end-to-end creative production for campaigns, website and social visuals, motion content, decks, flyers, merchandise, and booth displays — ensuring every touchpoint reflects our craft and speed. You’ll also help implement our upcoming brand uplift in partnership with an external agency, translating new guidelines into scalable systems that the team can execute daily. You’ll collaborate closely with Growth, Product, and Creative to scope needs, align on priorities, and deliver work that supports adoption of Ultralytics tools — from the open-source ecosystem on GitHub to the developer experience across our Documentation and Community. This role is ideal for a fast-moving design leader who brings structure and taste, thrives with ownership, and can ship exceptional work under real startup pace.
