Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end indirect sourcing activity, manage key supplier relationships, and drive commercial negotiations aligned to group objectives (cost optimisation, ESG outcomes, risk management).
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology, IT, professional services, logistics, and operations to deliver measurable value and improve supplier performance.
Experience / Qualifications
* Proven experience in indirect procurement, ideally with exposure to IT, Technology or Professional Services, Corporate Services categories.
* Track record of leading end-to-end sourcing from market analysis to tendering and negotiation.
* Strong understanding of strategic procurement principles with data-driven decision-making.
* Confident negotiator with working knowledge of contract law and commercial agreements.
* Skilled at managing supplier relationships and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
* Excellent communicator; able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
* Commercially aware with emphasis on compliance, risk management, and value creation.
* Resilient, agile, and proactive in fast-paced environments with a focus on transformation.

Location & Salary
Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 plus bonus
