The primary role of this position will be to set up and configure real-time services. Coordinate set-ups with remote rig crews and our global team of operators
Responsibilities
* Real-Time Support team and is responsible for providing customer support by administrating the access control lists, e-mail groups and user access privileges in the real- time and static data management systems.
* The Real-Time Support Engineer objective is to oversee the flow of data through the real-time and static data management systems and ensure client requirements are met.
* All members of the support team are required to have up-to-date knowledge of each client set-up for both data transmission and data flow control.
* The Real-Time Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining client data confidentiality. To avoid errors, it is essential to follow the procedures put in place to safeguard the work tasks.
* The Real-Time Support Engineer should also continually question and review the procedures to ensure that they are accurate
Skills
* Computer skills and general IT experience are preferred.
* Process Improvement, Reporting Skills.
* Excellent customer relationship and support.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
* Have the following attitudes: include reliability, attention to detail, and functional troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
* Oilfield experience is a plus.
* Clear English communication expected in written, oral forms.
* Candidates should be flexible and willing to travel at short notice.
