About the role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Duty Manager at our Grimsby campus. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting colleagues in the management of incidents, such as behaviour and first aid, along with other duties that are corresponding with the role.
The role would be particularly suited to individuals from a customer service or people focused background or persons with the ability and skill to manage difficult situations. This represents a fantastic opportunity for the right person to work with and support a great team and develop as an individual.
About the person
We are seeking an individual who has experience of working in a customer focused environment, someone that has excellent communication skills, works well under pressure and is pragmatic.
Additional desired experience includes:
* Teaching, training, mentoring or coaching qualifications.
* Current full First Aid at Work certificate or a willingness to complete this.
* Managerial/supervisory experience.
* Experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage.
