Job Title: Head of Digital Learning
1. Role Overview: Innovate and implement best practices in digital learning technologies to support the digital development initiatives for colleagues across HSE. Collaborate strategically with key stakeholders to optimize the use of digital technology and enhance the experience with the newly launched Learning Management System (LMS).
2. Responsibilities:
o Provide strategic leadership to a team of L&D specialists and support staff.
o Coordinate with wider divisional areas to address organisational L&D needs.
o Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all digital learning workstreams.
o Contribute to innovation and the advancement of digital and blended learning.
o Develop and evolve a Digital Learning Strategy aligned with organisational priorities.
o Lead by example, fostering a high-quality blended learning environment for colleagues.
o Identify synergies with other divisions such as training, IT, and finance to develop digital learning initiatives.
o Provide innovative solutions to challenges, mitigate risks, and leverage expertise in digital learning.
3. Qualifications and Skills: Extensive knowledge of digital learning, leadership experience, strategic thinking, and ability to innovate in digital education.
