Salary: from £25,630 to £30,490 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with potential for weekend/bank holiday overtime. Fixed term until 31st December 2025.

About the Role
Cranstoun Sandwell, in partnership with the West Midlands Office of Police and Crime Commissioner and Sandwell Metropolitan Council, launched a Diamorphine Assisted Treatment (DAT) pilot in 2022, extended for ongoing service. The role involves supporting service users with substance misuse, including health assessments, harm reduction, psychosocial interventions, and assisting with medication administration alongside a clinical team.
The position combines healthcare support and key worker responsibilities, requiring involvement in assessment, goal setting, outreach, and collaboration with partner agencies. A non-judgemental attitude, commitment to harm reduction, and case management skills are essential.
Flexibility for weekend work and working on base or outreach across Sandwell is needed. The role is fixed term until 31st December 2025.
