Job Title: Customer Services Advisor
We are seeking dedicated Customer Services Advisors to join our busy Customer Services Department. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and we are looking for candidates who share this commitment.
The role involves serving customers via phone and written communication, handling requests such as customer moves, processing payments, and resolving billing queries. You will work in line with our values of Excellence, Future Focus, and Integrity. Recent call centre experience is preferred.
If successful, you will join a forward-thinking team that places the customer at the center of everything we do. You will have opportunities to participate in wider activities, such as volunteering at community events, supporting the annual science fair, and fundraising for WaterAid. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Use CRM system to process inbound customer contacts via phone, email, letter, customer portal, live chat, or other channels
* Resolve queries at first contact
* Accurately enter customer data, record complaints, and process account changes
* Handle reporting tasks such as credit lists and updating bank details
* Update customers on technician job results and maintain accurate account information
* Manage tariffs including Social Tariff and WaterSure
* Listen to and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions
* Perform back-office administrative tasks
* Manage your own schedule effectively
Skills, Qualifications & Competencies
* Passion for customer service
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask
* Positive attitude towards Health & Safety
* Recent call centre experience is highly desirable
* Experience in a busy customer-facing environment is advantageous
