As an SEN Teacher, you will bring your passion for making a difference every day. You will plan and deliver engaging, personalised learning experiences that spark curiosity and support each pupil’s development. This role offers the opportunity to be creative and innovative, drawing on the extensive resources and expert support available through Outcomes First Group.
You will observe, monitor, and assess pupils’ progress, ensuring their personal development and wellbeing are given equal priority alongside academic achievement.
Who we are looking for
1. A passionate, qualified teacher with UK QTS (or equivalent) or degree-level education
2. Strong communication skills and confidence working with pupils with autism and complex needs
3. A collaborative team player who embraces the unique culture and opportunities at Papworth Hall School
4. A professional who enjoys building caring relationships with pupils and liaising with colleagues and external professionals

About Us
Papworth Hall School is in the picturesque village in Cambridgeshire. It is within close proximity to Huntingdon and Cambridge. Our new specialist school caters for young people with complex communication needs, autism and associated learning and emotional needs and has the capacity for 30 students.
For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.
