The Role
? Take full ownership of the event site on the day, representing Kalm Kitchen with confidence and professionalism.
? Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless client management and event delivery.
? Oversee event staffing to ensure efficient workforce management and to ensure staffing budgets are met.
? Build and maintain strong working relationships with venues and other key partners
? Promote compliance with the health and safety regulations and safe working practices in line with current legislation
? Represent Kalm Kitchen and its clients, promoting the company values to an external audience in support of growth.
What Youll Bring
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Willingness to be in a dynamic 'hands-on' work environment
? Open and positive team player and leader
? Has at least 3 years in a similar event or venue-based role with experience in venue and event management
Salary
? £36,000-£42,000 based on experience
