Your Role
As our new SEN Class Teacher, you will teach a small, bespoke class of up to 6 pupils, supported by a Teaching Assistant. Your mission will be to plan, prepare, and present lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Motivating pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative presentations
* Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure a high standard of education
* Monitoring and assessing pupils' progress, providing regular feedback
* Utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement and learning
* Creating and maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment
* Adhering to all school policies and procedures in line with our values
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
* Proven experience in SEN teaching
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every pupil's success
Please note, the successful candidate will need to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by Polaris Community.
