Who We're Looking For:
* Experience in a high-end restaurant or fine dining setting would be great but a passion for hospitality is essential.
* Strong attention to detail and organisation.
* Computer literacy.
* Knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette (or a willingness to learn).
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise professionally with guests via email and phone
* Work closely with the management team to organise and execute events
* Work as a team to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.
* Maintain high standards of presentation and service etiquette.
* Contribute to a positive team culture as we work towards our AA Rosette ambitions.
