Working Pattern:
Hybrid Working - flexible, agile, hybrid pattern with work from home and on-site at CFRS locations. During probation, you will be based on-site, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office after that.

About The Role
This is a dynamic analytical role supporting various departments with reporting, data analysis, and projects. Building strong relationships and understanding departmental needs are key to fostering innovation and change. You will be involved in data interrogation, analysis, report writing, and supporting tactical decision-making.
About You
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have an inquisitive nature and a passion for transforming data into information. You will work independently on queries and analysis, engaging with stakeholders across the organization. The role involves data interrogation, statistical and spatial analysis (GIS), and report writing, including handling FOI requests and complex analytical projects.
Essential skills include:
* Proven experience with SQL for data querying and extraction
* Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
* Understanding of risk/community modelling tools
* Knowledge of socio-demographic datasets
* Strong analytical skills with appropriate techniques
* Ability to interpret risk data and identify trends
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
