We are excited to be recruiting for a Multilingual Customer Service Representative on behalf of one of our clients in Manchester. This is an ideal role for an English and French, Italian or Spanish speaker with 1-2 years of customer service experience, looking for a long term, permanent position.
This is an office based role with 5 days a week in the office, Monday to Friday, near Trafford Park. The salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience. The company specialises in chemical manufacturing and works with customers in a range of industries such as pharmaceuticals, construction and agriculture. A customer service background in any of these areas would be beneficial.
The role will involve a mixture of order processing, customer communications, invoicing and quality assurance. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and give clear examples of times they have resolved issues and provided excellent customer service. You must also be a fluent in English and either French, Italian or Spanish.
Responsibilities:
* Manage communications with customers regarding their orders.
* Ensure the customer database is maintained accurately.
* Provide administrative support for order management.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure that orders are completed accurately and on time.
* Ensure customers are satisfied with the services provided.
What we're looking for:
* Fluency in English and at least one of either French, Italian or Spanish.
* Ideally 1-2 years of customer service experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to organise and prioritise multiple workloads.
* Willingness to travel to the office 5 days a week.
