Role: ServiceNow HRSD Lead Technical Consultant

Job Description:
1. Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery.
2. Provide hands-on development expertise, creating robust and scalable ServiceNow configurations.
3. Work closely with clients, leveraging exceptional client-facing skills to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
4. Apply a strong appreciation of design and architecture principles to create efficient, reliable systems.
5. Coordinate with offshore development teams to deliver outcomes effectively.
6. Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD module design, development, and implementation.
7. Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD integration with Workday.
8. Strong client-facing abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
9. Solid understanding of architecture principles and their application to ServiceNow projects.
10. Minimum 6+ years of experience on ServiceNow, with 12-15 years overall experience delivering a wide range of change initiatives.
Certifications:
* Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Preferred
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or ITOM
