The Asset Management and Specialist Financial Support team supports the Bank and our customers by ensuring that when financial difficulties result in the properties being repossessed or there are Law of Property Act Receivers appointed the best return on the asset is achieved. Please note this role is based in Chatham In this role, you will be providing a high level of administrative support to the Asset Management and Specialist Financial Support team by managing Law of Property Act Receiver cases, property in possession cases, past maturity cases and shortfall cases. Your responsibilities will include… Liaising with Asset Management companies, Law of Property Act (LPA) Receivers & solicitors from repossession/appointment to the completion of the sale ensuring the systems are updated Managing the shortfall portfolio including taking and making calls, producing letters, commencing legal action for recovery Ensuring monthly management information reports are prepared and distributed within agreed timeframes to appropriate recipients Providing administrative support for accounts in possession/LPA hands including preparing redemption statements and documents required by the solicitors and LPAs Processing invoices for payment and notify borrowers accordingly Supporting the Asset Managers and Senior Asset Managers where necessary We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £29,500 and £32,000 and a competitive benefits package including: Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 15% 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Contributory pension ( 8% employer 5% employee) Life Assurance (4x salary) plus Group Income Protection Access to Private Medical Insurance and Medical Cash Plan Additional benefits such as Hybrid working, Cycle Purchase scheme, Technology Purchase scheme, Season Ticket Loan, Holiday purchase / sell schemes, Employee Perk Portals, Payroll giving and Save as you Earn scheme Please use this link to see the fantastic benefits available at OSB: OSB Careers At OSB Group, we understand how much our people bring to our organisation, which is why we try our best to give back too!
