Integration Specialist

The role of Integration Specialist is key to supporting our growth by designing, developing and maintaining new and existing integrations between third‑party systems and our internal data pipelines. You will work alongside existing Integration Specialists, IT team members and wider business stakeholders to deliver resilient, scalable integration solutions.
Responsibilities
* Lead system integrations from business requirement through to design, build and release
* Redesign and migrate legacy integrations to be resilient and scalable
* Work with the wider business to understand and gather business requirements
* Collaborate closely with other members of the IT team
* Develop robust working methodologies and documentation
* Maintain and monitor data transfers and integrations on an ongoing basis
Key Skills
* Strong technical skills in data integration, manipulation and transfer (SQL Server, API, cloud‑based systems)
* Adaptable and flexible – able to learn and transfer skills across platforms easily
* Experience with relational data, reporting and BI
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving and process‑analysis skills
* Excellent oral and written communication; able to convey information to technical and non‑technical colleagues
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
* Desirable: Experience of the Klipboard K8 ERP software (www.klipboard.com)
* Knowledge of builders’ merchant operations and systems
