Senior Associate, Transaction Control:
twentyAI are partnering with aglobal private markets investment firm is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Transaction Control team. This is a key role within a high-performing group focused on ensuring data integrity, streamlining processes, and driving automation across financial operations.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that works closely with third-party administrators and internal departments to improve the quality and reliability of financial data. This is a great opportunity to grow within a forward-looking, technology-driven environment. This is a hybrid role offering 3-days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily reconciliations (commitments, transactions, positions, unfunded commitments) between the firm and external stakeholders.
* Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks with internal and external parties.
* Lead or support projects focused on automation and process improvement, using Excel, VBA, and Business Objects.
* Build strong relationships through service reviews and proactive issue resolution.
* Work in a close-knit, collaborative team environment.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
* Experience in financial operations, data control, or reconciliation.
* Strong Excel skills (VBA a plus, with support for development).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to prioritise and deliver under tight deadlines.
* Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
