Head of Marketing & Operations

Overview
Sachi Skin is a high-growth, founder-led clinical skincare brand focused on melanin-rich skin,
advanced formulations, and thoughtful innovation. We are seeking a commercially driven,strategic, and operationally sharp Head of Marketing & Operations to lead the day-to-day
execution and strategic growth of the brand. This role sits at the heart of the business,
bridging vision with execution across marketing, community, influencer, PR, and CX teams,
while building scalable systems to support international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
● Own and drive the execution of all marketing and operational initiatives in line with
growth goals.
● Translate brand vision into tangible plans across channels: email, social, content,
influencer, paid media, and partnerships.
● Lead end-to-end project management across all campaigns and launches with clear
milestones, accountability, and performance tracking.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Management
● Manage and coach a distributed cross-functional team (community, influencer, PR,
CX, operations), ensuring alignment, productivity, and morale.Collaborate closely with the Founder, Wholesale Director and Social Media,Community/Influencer team).
● Work and select key agencies to drive growth
Marketing & CRM
● Oversee the Brand Plan, CRM strategy, campaign management, segmentation, and
flows using Klaviyo (or similar).Ensure customer journeys are optimized across touchpoints (Shopify, CX, email,
SMS, social, loyalty).
● Implement marketing automation and track CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention KPIs.
Brand Growth & Partnerships
● Oversee Brand Calendar driving growth through digital campaigns, PR activations,
influencer collaborations, and strategic brand partnerships with the team and external
PR. Own the marketing calendar and ensure all activities align with product, retail, and
brand goals.
Reporting & Optimisation
● Deliver regular updates to the founders on marketing performance, operational
bottlenecks, team progress, and budget tracking.
Spot and solve inefficiencies; recommend tech stack upgrades, process
improvements, or team restructuring where needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
● 5-7+ years of senior-level experience in DTC marketing and/or operations, preferably
in beauty, skincare, wellness, or luxury lifestyle.
● Proven track record in campaign execution and revenue driving marketing initiatives
● Confident managing CRM, CX, and operational tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, Notion, Trello,
Google Suite, Slack, etc.).
● Experience with digital advertising and data-driven decision making (Meta, Google,
GA4) and agencies
● Skilled at managing teams and working cross-functionally in remote, fast-paced
environments.
● Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and coordinate junior and
semi-senior team members.
● Bonus: Familiarity with influencer marketing, beauty PR, and scaling in global
markets (Asia, US, EU).
