Key Responsibilities
* Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager.
* Providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
* Overseeing high-quality clinical and pastoral care.
* Utilising nursing, managerial, and leadership skills.
* Focusing on residents with complex needs, ensuring compliance with guidelines, making decisions, maintaining clinical governance, auditing practices, developing care plans, and conducting assessments.
* Providing personalised care and conducting walk rounds.
Work Environment
Our home offers residential, respite, and nursing care for older adults, including those with dementia. Our dedicated team ensures residents feel settled and loved ones are welcome. We support residents in maintaining independence and involve them in care decisions, tailoring activities to their interests and abilities.
Candidate Profile
An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) familiar with care planning and clinical assessment tools. You should be eager to develop leadership skills, build relationships with residents and families, and drive continuous improvement.
