An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a highly successful Chairman across multiple business interests within the industrial and automotive sectors.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and accomplished executive who operates at the top of his field. Currently based in Monaco and relocating back to London in July, he requires a polished, highly organised and proactive EA who can provide seamless support across a varied and fast-paced remit.
The Role
This is a broad and hands-on position requiring exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and discretion. Acting as a trusted partner, you will provide high-level support across a range of executive, operational and administrative responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:

* Complex diary and calendar management
\t
* International travel, accommodation and logistics coordination
\t
* Meeting scheduling and preparation
\t
* Board administration and governance support
\t
* Stakeholder management across internal and external contacts
\t
* Event coordination
\t
* Expenses management
\t
* Reporting and presentation preparation
\t
* Acting as a key point of contact on behalf of the Chairman
In addition, you will support with:

* HR administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes
\t
* Employee records management
\t
* IT coordination and liaison
\t
* Office and facilities management
\t
* Courier and post management
\t
* Ad hoc projects and business support
About You
You will be a highly capable Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior executives in demanding environments. You will be comfortable working autonomously, anticipating needs and delivering a first-class level of support.
