What we are looking for:
Our national diagnostic and assessment service plays a key role in supporting our aims, providing exceptional services for children, young people and adults. The Service Administrator drives a culture of excellent customer experience, delivering seamless customer service, efficient clinical operations and contributing to the overall success of the Diagnostic and Assessment service.
The role is central to the success of the Service, managing all aspects of the customer journey. You will be able to:
1. Use electronic case management systems
2. Provide exemplary customer service
3. Work at pace to ensure customer waiting lists are minimised and bookings are maximised
4. Sensitively engage with people who have a range of communication needs and preferences
5. Work from our centre in Bromley
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a passionate, dedicated team and play an instrumental part in further shaping this successful renowned service.
This advert is for a full-time role – 35 hours per week. The pay for this is up to £25,000 per annum.
